Luis Felipe Barrientos Moreno

International speaker, professional storyteller and consultant with extensive experience and knowledge in innovation, creativity and Design Thinking applied to the corporate, public and academic sectors. He currently works as an independent consultant and teaches at Universidad Sergio Arboleda and Universidad de La Sabana.

As a speaker, he was a TEDx Speaker with his talk «El viaje de la curiosidad» ("The Journey of Curiosity") and has international experience running workshops on leadership, teamwork, and strategic planning and communication in countries such as Germany, Belgium, the United States, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Paraguay, the Dominican Republic and El Salvador.

He has held leadership positions such as CEO of Starter Company (creators of Starco), Director of Business Intelligence and Innovation Services at Connect, and Vice President of Scale-up and Innovation at Innpulsa Colombia, the national innovation and entrepreneurship agency attached to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT). He was also a partner and project director at Súmmum Fábrica de Experiencias, a firm dedicated to solving business problems through creativity, strategy and adventure, and worked as a senior consultant at Katharsis, a leading Colombian firm in implementing innovation management systems and applying creativity to business challenges. He is currently an allied consultant at Rem Talento Humano con Propósito.

He also has additional experience in publishing, in media specialized in design, architecture and interiors. He is an industrial designer from Universidad Javeriana and holds a master's degree in Furniture and Interior Design from Universidad de Nebrija in Madrid.
